WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! MY CAR WAS THERE THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER UNTIL THE LAST WEEK JUST TO REPLACE THE BUMPER AND TAIL LIGHT,THEN THEY REPLACE MY BATTERY WITHOUT ME KNOWING AND ADDED A EXTRA 100mi TO MY VEHICLE! ITS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO IS THE MANGER AND HER ATTITUDE! MEGHAN NEEDS A REALITY CHECK! NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN! THIS IS FOR THE SHOP ON W FLORISSANT!
I highly recommend Complete Auto Body they did a great job. I got my car back a week early the staff there is polite and because I didn't have car rental on my insurance I was able to rent a car from them for 9.99 aday
Ok so I call over the phone to ask if they’re taking walk-ins for collision repair estimates.. and the young lady said sure come on in. After I get there when they found out I wasn’t going through an insurance company they immediately made up excuses for why they couldn’t do my estimate. I thought it was quite funny they said they do everything by the book as if these other major repair shops don’t. Smh
Been trying to get my 2 inch car hood latch put on since February 2017. It's been paid for. Keep getting the run around. Going to the BBB on them.
We were so grateful for the prompt, professional attention we received recently at Complete. We had an issue with our RV's fridge. Without an appointment on a holiday weekend,we were able to get a tech check it for us at no charge. This place does customer service right.
